Job description

Within the Asset Management Department, in charge of Central Sicaf, the Asset Manager will support the CEO in the investments/disposals activities:

  1. Analysis of asset strategy: monitoring and analysis of real estate market, value-added scenario and asset strategy definition (letting, value creation and disposal)
  2. Budget & Business plan: modelling, reporting, analysis of financial impacts, support to the disposal process

Investments/Disposals: preparation of memorandum and presentation for internal/external purposes (Board of Directors, Investors), due diligences, participation to investments / disposals / letting processes and management of the disposal and acquisition activities.

All above activities will have to be developed in relation with Covivio internal departments, such as Development, Planning & Control, Property management, etc.

Profile Requirements

Graduated from a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or Finance, you have a 4+ years in a real estate asset management:

  • Asset management (sales and acquisitions)
  • Economics (common Real estate KPIs)
  • Modelling, presentation
  • Knowledge of real estate market, mainly offices/residential and industrial
  • Fluent in English
