MEININGER
Since the announcement of their partnership in late 2014, Covivio and MEININGER Hotels have launched several operations in Europe. Covivio currently owns three MEININGER hotels (591 rooms) located in France (Paris, Lyon) and Germany (Munich).
Unique hotel concept
The MEININGER concept is unique. This hybrid hotel product combines the service and comfort of an economy hotel meeting international standards with innovative services including a communal kitchen and play area.
MEININGER set to conquer Europe
MEININGER is also breaking new ground in terms of flexibility: offering conventional double rooms, private rooms with several beds, dormitories and more, the operator is targeting a wide range of customers including school groups, backpackers, families and business travellers.
The partnership with Covivio has increased our development opportunities
It has helped us gain visibility in countries where the group operates. For us, this has greatly accelerated the deployment of the brand and of the MEININGER concept in Europe.
