In 2022, Covivio manages a portfolio of 175 B&B hotels, including one under development, 61% located in France, 35% in Germany and the rest in Belgium, Spain and Poland. The two partners are working together on new projects in Europe – acquisitions, developments, revitalization of the concept and the B&B HOTELS offering.
B&B Hotels – Europe
The history of Covivio and B&B HOTELS working together started in Germany back in 2010.The journey continues today in Europe and their partnership is regularly revived thanks to new projects. An example of this will be the signing of a memorandum of understanding in 2021 for the takeover and sale-lease of 31 hotels operating properties after their purchase from AccorInvest.
