Understanding several cultures is essential when working with a spirit of co-creation. We believe that European mobility starts with students (e.g. those taking part in the French Volontariat International à l’Étranger–VIE–international volunteering programme), as well as by offering positions across Europe.
 
Our goal is to expand our European opportunities in order to enrich our talents and strengthen our expertise.

Creating a European culture

Living real estate is also about creating links and synergies between the lines of business and countries in which Covivio is present. This is also one of the goals of our Leadership Programme, which encourages high-potential French, German and Italian managers to work together.
 
The programme lasts for several months and includes training, coaching and study tours relating to innovation or digitalization.
 
Participants can exchange on and enrich their working and management methods, but, above all, to develop their state of mind and themselves as individuals.
