This is why we have chosen two approaches for our development:
 
  • The design of buildings which integrate and anticipate new needs – flexible workspaces, innovative real estate offers (coworking and coliving), connected buildings, etc.
  • The development of new services that meet the expectations of occupants – mobility, digital services and convenience, making the life of occupants easier, etc.

Partnership – the basis for innovation

We are developing new partnerships with our customers, suppliers and even start-up business incubators specializing in real estate, in order to encourage new practices and coproduce new offerings.

A need for open innovation

Testing new products and services is all very well, but implementing them is much better. Along with our partner, ImpulsePartners, we have launched an initiative that allows our teams to test and evaluate the suitability of a product or service offered by start-up companies before they can be deployed by our customers.

Hackathon – driving creativity

We rely on research and openness with our customers. This was demonstrated by the hackathon jointly organised with Orange and IBM to come up with a concept for the office of the future by giving participants from different backgrounds the chance to have their say.
