Heritage
The refurbishment of this former telephone exchange has given new life to an office building with a unique heritage character.
Located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, Beige Paris is Covivio's new Parisian address. Formerly a telephone exchange, the building is undergoing a complete transformation to embody the new codes of the office.

The first automated telephone exchange in Paris, inaugurated in 1928, this building was a symbol of modernity at the time, brought to life by the ‘Demoiselles du téléphone’ (telephone girls).
The building has a unique heritage character that has evolved over time. With its distinctive mosaic façade, interior vaults and striking architecture, the building stands out from the Haussmann-style façades of the neighbourhood.
Beige Paris has stood the test of time while preserving its heritage.

Nestled in the heart of the Plaine Monceau, Beige Paris is designed as a confidential hideaway for discerning households. This office building embodies a new form of exclusivity, one of refinement and distinction.
Beige Paris reinvents the office experience by incorporating the codes of private clubs and luxury hotels.
Its interior design, by Maison Sarah Lavoine, combines discreet luxury and authentic charm, and embraces the codes of high-end hotels to create a seamless overall experience.
Every detail has been designed to offer an exclusive experience: a hotel-worthy lobby with a piano, a double-height lounge with a view of the patio, a restaurant designed by a chef with à la carte service, a gym and wellness area, a vinyl library for private events, and a rooftop offering breathtaking views of the Sacré-Cœur and the Eiffel Tower.
Beige Paris captivates and inspires contemporary designers. Dries Van Noten drew inspiration from its architecture to unveil his menswear collection during Fashion Week 2024. Clara Daguin organised her show there for Fashion Week 2025, and Le Meurice moved there and prepared its dishes for a very private dinner.
