Tools & organisation
A compliance approach built on 4 pillars

Wishing to deploy exemplary Compliance practices and processes, Covivio chose to build an organisation and tools adapted to the challenges specific to its activity.
Several levers and tools for efficient and shared compliance
The Group Compliance Officer
The Group Compliance Officer coordinates the European-level Compliance activity by relying on local offices. He is responsible for the company’s compliance with the applicable ethical principles and regulations (particularly regarding prevention of corruption risks, money laundering, personal data protection, etc.).
The Ethics Officer
He advises employees regarding conflicts of interest, compliance with the gift policy and stock market regulations. He reports only to the CEO and has a duty of confidentiality regarding information sent to him.
Model organisation
or its activities in Italy, Covivio has adopted a Management and Control organisational model (modello 231) aimed at the detection of infringement risks, and describing the internal procedures.
