Iconic
Nestled in the heart of Paris-La Défense, CB21 is one of the founding towers of Europe's leading business district.
Designed in the 1970s, the CB21 tower was one of the first buildings in the European business district of Paris-La Défense. Ideally located at the foot of metro line 1, it enjoys high visibility and exceptional connections to various modes of transport. Standing boldly at 188 metres tall, this modern Parisian landmark, made of steel and glass, has a timeless architecture, while constantly reinventing its interior and uses.

Designed by the American architectural firm Harrison & Abramovitz in the 1970s, the CB21 tower was acquired by Covivio in 2007.
In 2010, it underwent a complete restructuring, followed in 2021 by a new refurbishment of the service areas with the support of the architectural firm Saguez & Partners.
In 2025, architect Nicolas Sisto is reinventing the existing building alongside Covivio to create a sublime vintage design and even more services.

In 2024, Covivio launched a Design Thinking initiative in partnership with Ultra Laborans, a consulting firm specialising in social innovation and workplace transformation, to reimagine the CB21 Tower as an iconic location for social impact.
Following the Design Thinking workshops, CB21 is being transformed into a place for the professions of the future and equal opportunities.
Inspired by the thinking of Edgar Morin, philosopher of complex systems and transitions, CB21 is becoming the Crossroads of the 21st Century: a space where new professional, social and territorial trajectories are being invented.
CB21 is no longer just a commercial building: it is a crossroads of opportunities and transitions, promoting equal opportunities and the professions of the future.

The CB21 tower is constantly reinventing itself and offers a wide range of services.
A monumental welcome worthy of a business hotel, a private rooftop terrace with breathtaking views, dining options offering a variety of atmospheres, including a panoramic restaurant on the 41st floor, a business centre with a 220-seat auditorium, fitness and yoga areas, and 1,500 m² of landscaped gardens: everything is designed to offer your employees comfort and well-being.
The CB21 tower offers several office options designed to meet every need.
Classic: a ready-to-use, functional offering that can be deployed on an existing floor. This economical and rapid solution is based on a philosophy of simplicity and reuse.
Superior: A custom-designed floor with exceptional panoramic views, featuring a renovated open-plan space ready for refurbishment, with a focus on maximising the reuse of existing equipment.
Signature: Carefully designed spaces, exceptional volumes for a unique experience and outstanding panoramic views. Offices designed by architect Nicolas Sisto, with vintage inspiration and premium finishes, using over 80% bio-based and reused materials.

As a signatory to the “1 building, 1 piece of art” charter, Covivio supports artistic creation to make it accessible to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we called on Hugo Servanin, a recent graduate of ENSAD (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs), who created the work Objet 10. Inspired by Edouard Manet’s Le Déjeuner sur l’herbe, this work bridges the gap between impressionism and artificial intelligence.
