Covivio awarded the “2025 Best Managed Companies” label

Covivio, a European real estate operator, has announced that it is one of 28 French companies to have been awarded the 2025 label by Deloitte France's Best Managed Companies programme.

Launched in France for the first time in 2021, the “Best Managed Companies” label was founded over thirty years ago by Deloitte Canada. The programme is now present in over 46 countries, labelling a total of 1,300 companies worldwide, including 28 in France this year. Companies are assessed on the basis of their long-term strategy, their talent management and capacity for innovation, their corporate culture and commitment, as well as their governance and financial management. These criteria are used to measure a company’s differentiating factors and its ability to meet current and future challenges. 

Covivio is one of 28 French companies to be awarded the Best Managed Companies label for the 2025 edition. “For this fourth edition in France, we are delighted to count Covivio among the companies to have received our Best Managed Companies label of excellence,” says Guillaume Detourmignies, Deloitte Partner in charge of the Best Managed Companies programme.

This is the fourth year that Covivio has been awarded the “Best Managed Companies” label. We are proud to be one of the 28 winning companies and to see our long-term strategy recognised and rewarded. This label recognises the work carried out by the Group’s various teams in Europe and, more generally, our corporate culture and our commitments in terms of management, innovation, social and environmental responsibility, financial management and governance.
