A new residential development opens in Antony
Alongside Immobilière 3F, Covivio is inaugurating a new development of 68 homes in Antony. This former industrial site, which will be delivered in September 2024 and sold in its entirety to Immobilière 3F, will strengthen the local residential offer.
A former industrial site converted into a residential development on the outskirts of Paris
Acquired by Covivio in 2008 and to be vacated by STAE in 2020, this former industrial site, located at 143/145 avenue du Général de Gaulle in Antony, has been completely transformed to make way for 4,700 m² of housing spread over 3 buildings. With a total of 68 homes, the scheme, designed by QUADRI FIORE ARCHITECTURE, offers plenty of outdoor space: each home has a balcony, terrace or garden. Residents can also take advantage of 113 parking spaces.
On the environmental front, the building stands out for its WiredScore Silver and BEE +3 star certifications, which attest to the building’s low ecological footprint and quality of use. A virtuous programme, it has also incorporated 680 m² of low-carbon concrete for its infrastructure, resulting in a reduction of 73,503 kg of CO2 equivalent.
