Sophie Ferjani Conception is assisting Covivio with the interior design of 11 apartments in its residential development ‘Les Terrasses du Mont’

This unique collaboration illustrates Covivio’s desire to offer homes that fully meet the expectations of their occupants, combining architectural quality, comfort and harmonious design.

Sophie Ferjani Conception will be responsible for the layout of the spaces and enhancing the interior ambience, while respecting the unique character of each apartment. The agency will contribute its expertise in four key areas:

• Layout and ambience: transforming the constraints associated with converting former offices into housing.
• Respect for the spirit of the place: revealing the unique character of each apartment.
• Optimisation of space: creating practical and pleasant living spaces for everyday life.
• Projection into the space: helping potential buyers to imagine themselves in their future home.

Les Terrasses du Mont: converting offices into housing in Greater Paris

Covivio is transforming a complex of five office buildings, previously occupied by Suez, into a residential development comprising 149 homes (116 family homes for purchase and 33 social housing units), a 179-seat auditorium and a 106 m² commercial unit. ‘Les Terrasses du Mont’ also includes 900 m² of green space, including 490 m² of open ground, 8 existing trees that have been preserved and 30 new trees that have been planted.
