Opened last April, Wellio Duomo has already reached full occupancy

In a historic building of about 5,000 m² owned by Covivio, on the corner of Via Torino and Via dell’Unione, a few steps from the Duomo from which it takes its name, the ninth Wellio site in Europe, opened its doors lastly and welcomes its first clients.

An offer anticipating all the needs of companies

Confirming the success of the Wellio offer, which has been operating in Milan since mid-2020 with the first site in Via Dante, Wellio Duomo recorded full occupancy just one month after opening.

This success is the result of the strategic location of the building and the premium character of its architecture, but also and above all of the flexibility of the concept itself, able to attract both large established companies and start-ups, looking for a working environment capable of accompanying them in their needs and growth.
Wellio does not only provide space and services, but also act as a consulting support for clients regarding real estate. Indeed, the Wellio team accompanies its customers from A to Z in their real estate strategy and their organizational changes. An essential and differentiating approach deployed at European level.

New commercial success for Wellio in Milan

The new spaces in Wellio Duomo host companies of primary standing such as E.ON, one of the leading international energy operators in the Italian market, Viceversa, a fintech that has launched a new idea of funding based on transparency and the use of technology to support companies on a path of ethical and sustainable growth, and Iziwork, a rapidly expanding Italian-French job tech.

With Wellio, Covivio has been able to intercept in a forward-looking way the transformation processes of the ways of working by offering flexibility, premium services and the possibility to share ideas and skills. The reliability of a unique and experienced interlocutor like Covivio has definitely been an added value for the customers who have chosen our Wellio offer.

CEO Italy of Covivio

Workspace flexibility is nowadays fundamental even for a large company like E.ON. Benefiting from modern, technological, economically efficient workspace environments that can be modulated according to the changing needs of the organization brings a great advantage, also from the environmental point of view. Wellio’s offices meet E.ON’s need to offer its employees a pleasant and stimulating place to work. Moreover, the building’s central location allows it to be easily reached by various means of public transportation, thus limiting the use of private cars. For E.ON it will be a real pleasure to share the spaces with other realities of different sectors also in order to encourage comparison and the emergence of new ideas.

CFO of E.ON Italia

Wellio is a great partner for Viceversa! The workspaces are flexible and, thanks to the many common areas with a relaxed atmosphere, our people can enjoy a stress-free environment. In addition, working in Wellio seems to already have a positive impact on the motivation of our team: we share spaces that promote creativity and collaboration in a smart atmosphere where everyone around us works hard to produce great ideas.

CFO & Co-founder of Viceversa

Totally refurbished with architectural design signed by Onsitestudio, Wellio Duomo offers 500 customizable and flexible workstations, 5 meeting rooms and plenty of common areas (phone box, informal meeting rooms, break areas…), a bar area on the third floor with a terrace, a panel of green lounges and a rooftop of 500 m² overlooking the Duomo and the roofs of the historic center.

One of the pillars of the Wellio concept is to propose a design strongly connected to the location and the history of the site where it stands. Following this approach, the interior design project, conceived between the Wellio team and DWA Design Studio, brings back in the building the characteristic features of the monuments of the historic center that can be admired from the windows, the rooftop and the terraces of the building: the church of Santa Maria presso San Satiro by Bramante, the dome of the secular temple of San Sebastiano by Pellegrino Tebaldi, the Duomo, the top of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Velasca Tower.

The building, which has already achieved WiredScore Gold certification for its digital connectivity and cutting-edge technology, is also aiming for Leed Gold and Well Gold certifications.
