Following the acquisition in 2016 of the Park Inn Hotel at Alexanderplatz, Covivio has chosen to actively contribute to the revelopment of this site, Berlin’s main hub, and to create value through this iconic development project. The group’s ambition is to design and develop a project combining different urban uses, to create strong links between these different spaces and to mobilise its teams and European expertise.

A-FENCE: street art on Alexanderplatz
A-Fence is one of the biggest street art projects in Berlin. Covivio has chosen to bring the 240-metre-long construction site fence to life by making room for art. For two years, four artists with different styles will be able to express themselves on the surfaces made available to them. The aim is to bring this emblematic project to life, to connect it ever more to its territory and to share it with visitors to this central square.
