Covivio named “Fairest landlord” for the 6th year running
Covivio has once again been awarded a "Very Good" rating in the "Fairness of landlords 2024" survey carried out by the German business magazine FOCUS-MONEY. Covivio was awarded the highest score for the 6th year running, and is one of only four companies to achieve a "Very Good" rating in all six categories of the study.
Since 2018, the German business magazine FOCUS-MONEY, in collaboration with the Cologne-based analysis institute ServiceValue, has been evaluating the leading lessors in Germany. To carry out the 2024 study, around 1,900 tenants across Germany were surveyed using an online questionnaire between November and December 2023. A total of 26 property companies were assessed.
32 criteria, divided into 6 categories, were rated by the tenants:
- ethical practices
- tenant support
- tenant service
- rental costs
- housing and neighbourhood design
- sustainability
The expectations and needs of our tenants are our absolute priority. That’s why we pay particular attention to the quality of the services we offer and the relationships we maintain with our tenants.
