GRESB 2026 Rating: Covivio receives an overall score of 91.7 out of 100

Covivio improved its overall score rise by 0.7 points in the 2026 GRESB rankings, an international organisation that evaluates the ESG policies and performance of investors and asset managers in the property and infrastructure sectors. Covivio is thus the top- d in its category in the ‘Operations’ category and retains its ‘5-star’ status. The group has also improved by 1 point in the ‘Development’ category, within the ‘Offices’ sector.

ovivio, for which the assessment covered all its activities in Europe (Offices, Hotels and Residential), has improved by 0.7 points compared with 2025, achieving a score of 91.7/100 in the ‘Portfolio in Operation’ category, underpinned in particular by the maximum score of 100/100 in the management category.

Covivio has also consolidated its performance in the ‘Development’ category with a score of 98.9/100, representing an increase of 12 points since 2020.

Finally, Covivio once again received an “A” rating and a score of 100/100 in the “Public Disclosure” category, in recognition of the transparency and comprehensiveness of the group’s reporting.

The strengths of Covivio’s strategy highlighted by GRESB:

  • The environmental certification policy for buildings, with 100% of assets certified in Europe.
  • The management category, with the group’s effective handling of CSR issues in close collaboration with its stakeholders.
  • The increase in the coverage rate of reporting across all issues (energy, carbon, water and waste) and the improvement in energy and carbon performance.
  • Overall, out of 14 categories assessed, Covivio achieved a score of over 98/100 in 10 categories, including 7 with a score of 100/100.

Among other ratings attesting to the recognition of its ESG policy, Covivio maintains its ‘AAA’ rating with MSCI, as well as a ‘B’ rating and its Prime status with ISS-ESG.
