The Sign, connected to nature
With its central park and welcoming green roof spaces complemented by a view of the Milan skyline, The Sign is always connected to its surrounding natural environment. Innovation based on reduced consumption and a preference for reliance on renewable energy.
A connected incubator
With a focus on sustainable performance, flexibility and the smart working concept, The Sign was designed by the Progetto CMR agency as a genuine business incubator dedicated to the well-being of individuals who grow and progress in the space. The project will welcome its first occupants in 2019-2020.
