Security & information – attempted frauds

Covivio and its management have been the object of identity theft (name, address, logo, pictures). This usurpation was notably materialized by the publication of the website coviviocapital.com offering financial services to potential savers.

We would like to warn you that this website has no link with our group.

Therefore, we warn you against fraudulent actions of which you could be victim and in particular against any commercial canvassing from this fraudster (by phone or by email) which would have for objective to incite you to transfer funds for investment purposes, to collect your bank details or any other personal data.

If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately at alerte@covivio.fr.

In any event, do not provide personal information nor send money without ensuring you are effectively dealing with Covivio or its subsidiaries.

Covivio and its subsidiary Technical have been subject to attempted fraud and scams by third parties using the lockdown to mislead investors and consumers.

As a result, we warn you against any fraudulent actions and misconduct that you may be subject to.

Scammers are likely to use the visual identity of Covivio, or of its subsidiaries such as Technical, as well as the names of its managers, in fake emails or fake websites. In particular, they seek to obtain from private individuals funds which will allegedly be invested by Technical on high yield financial products related to healthcare real estate, including retirement homes.

Neither Covivio nor Technical distributes such financial products.
