Designed as a museum by Covivio in collaboration with Cocorico, the spacious wall surfaces in the lobby and the interior gallery host an array of surprising exhibitions. The signage and scenography were created specifically for So Pop and inspired by this world. Caroline Derveaux, a French artist based in Saint-Ouen, has put her own colourful and imaginative stamp on the space by painting four 6 m² murals, which are on permanent public display.
So Pop, an ever-changing phenomenon
With an address in the 17th arrondissement of Paris and its presence in a booming Saint-Ouen district, So Pop ties the two cities together. The former Citroën head office has been transformed into an almost 32,000 m² building spanning seven floors, with 4,000 m² of green spaces to encourage movement. Designed by LBBA Architecture and resembling a ship, with its curved lines and large scale, So Pop has become one of the salient landmarks of a district undergoing a complete makeover. As an inexhaustible source of progress, evolution has allowed humans to grow, develop and improve their spatial, social and cultural environment. This idea has inspired So Pop and is integrated into the interior layout. The office and services building delivered at the end of 2022 is designed to grow and improve alongside its occupants.
So Pop is Covivio’s first post-Covid building. It marks the transition between the before and after periods, designed in keeping with society’s desire for change by providing a (truly) evolving and adaptable professional environment.
Museum layout

Flexible furniture
Designed exclusively for So Pop in collaboration with Cocorico and with input from Cider, the “Tribu” seating system can be moved around and adapted into practical seating arrangements for team briefings, informal meet-ups or solo work.
Sensors to manage space usage
Modularity is the watchword in terms of the way the premises are used and the services available. In the months following the signing of the lease, new tenants can use the presence sensors to expand or shrink their floor space and thus adapt the layout if necessary. The building’s services and private areas can therefore evolve based on data, requirements and habits.

An exciting catering offering
The catering offering is also diverse.
Inspired by different Parisian food markets including les Enfants Rouges, Montorgueil and Saint Denis, the interior design offers a kaleidoscope of colourful and joyful backdrops.
Eating arrangements are also adaptable, with trays for those dining on the go and table service for business meals and team lunches.
A selection of recipes from the market are on offer each day. Furthermore, at Le Comptoir restaurant, renowned chefs from Paris and Saint-Ouen regularly introduce customers to new flavours. The Korean Corner, ran by the former chef for the Korean embassy, offers an authentic and immersive culinary experience.

All services on site
Open all day, the restaurant area turns into a workspace as the day goes by. The building’s occupants can book the 80-seat conference room. The ground floor is home to a concierge service and a 400 m² fitness area, offering wellness and beauty treatments (hair salon, barber’s, manicurist, etc.), cardio, Pilates and yoga lessons and gyms fully equipped with the latest machines, including the largest indoor cycling area in a French office building. The Covivio mobile application provides access to the full range of services and WiFi is available throughout the building, including in the numerous outdoor spaces comprising patios, terraces and loggias.
