We are going to keep ICON’s emblematic profile while transforming the interior completely in order to create a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose building. The ground floor shops will give the district a new lease of life. As for the office section, spaces will be rethought in keeping with new work practices with a strong focus on collective spaces and services. The renovation has also been designed in accordance with a virtuous, sustainable environmental approach.

Virtuous building
The renovation was carried out with a view to reducing ICON’s carbon footprint, including:
- rooftop solar panels
- efficient technical systems optimised via an energy management system
- greening of courtyards and interior spaces
- strong focus on biodiversity
Promoting green transport
ICON promotes green transport in order to offer a sustainable and vibrant environment suited to multiple purposes:
- public transport right in front of the building
- 982 parking spaces including electrical vehicle charging stations
- bicycle parking facilities with charging stations for e-bikes
Certifications
- WiredScore Platinum
- DGNB Gold (pending)
Flexibility is key
More flexible, more services, including both collective and individual spaces: workspace expectations have changed significantly over the last few years. Which is why ICON tenants can choose Covivio’s new “BU” modular space concept featuring freely configurable work areas, high-quality design and sustainable materials. New tenants will be able to call on Covivio to design the layout and furnishing of their spaces.
