Mixed-use
Retail, office and hotel: Stream Building is a building whose mixed-use has given rise to a 24-hour living platform.
Winner of the 2015 Call for Innovative Urban Projects “Réinventer Paris”, Stream Building combines uses, spaces, services and materials. Designed to be reversible, it anticipates urban and social changes. Located opposite the Court of First Instance, it brings the Clichy-Batignolles district to life 24 hours a day and manages to combine work, leisure and commercial activities.
Stream Building brings together three essential dimensions of a real estate project according to Covivio. Firstly, the collective, with mixed spaces conducive to meetings and emulation. Secondly, embodiment, with an inspiring design and codes reflecting the culture of the company occupying the premises. Finally, well-being, with a range of services worthy of the most sought-after BtoC brands.

DEPUTY CEO, Covivio
Stream Building is the result of a unique co-design process and collective intelligence that reversed the traditional roles of project manager and client and brought together a team of innovative partners and start-ups.
The diversity of spaces and uses, openness to the neighbourhood, a happening place, the sustainable structure of the building, … Closely aligned with our values, the Stream Building immediately struck us as the ideal venue for opening the first Zoku hotel in Paris. The hotel perfectly matches our loft concept of compact and spacious mini-apartments, comfortable for living, efficient for working and ideal for hosting friends and business contacts.

In order to offer a sustainable, lively environment that adapts to different uses, Stream Building promotes soft mobility:
As a signatory of the “1 building, 1 piece of art” Charter, Covivio supports artistic creation to make it accessible to as many people as possible. In this context, a luminous work of art visible to all from the street, called “Modulation” and signed by Pablo Valbuena, enhances the wooden exoskeleton of the structure.

Virtuous
The vegetables grown on the roof are used in the restaurant areas, the solar energy produced by the 385 m² of photovoltaic panels is consumed on site, and the tenants' waste is collected and transformed into compost that is reused on the roof,…: Stream Building is a truly virtuous ecosystem.
Reversible
The building's unique grid, divided into modules, offers great flexibility of layout, making Stream Building a truly reversible building.
