Teleworking

in France,for example, where this scheme is accessible to all employees (both fixed-term and open-ended contracts), in a fixed or flexible formula with a maximum of five days per month, it allows employees to benefit from improved working conditions.

Training programmes

that are ambitious, expanded and more flexible, thanks in particular to digital learning, ensure career and skills development for everyone.

Reconciliation of the work/life balance

including in particular solutions for childcare and “last-minute” day care places in case of an emergency or unforeseenevent.

Regular meetings
