Nestled on the calm island of Eiswerder in Berlin-Spandau, this exceptional waterfront development is surrounded by the Havel River and blends nature, heritage, and contemporary urban living. Once an industrial site, Eiswerder is now being reimagined as a vibrant residential quarter with a strong architectural identity and a commitment to sustainability.

The project is divided into two development phases:

  • Phase one includes 84 residential units and 12 commercial spaces.
  • Phase two features 17 exclusive apartments, a restaurant housed in the tower, and a boarding house offering 95 serviced apartments.

A high-quality living experience in Berlin

Designed to harmonize with the island’s historic character, the buildings offer open-plan layouts, high-quality finishes, and stunning views of the water. The project site itself is car-free, with all parking located underground, ensuring a peaceful and green living environment. Residents enjoy landscaped courtyards, direct access to water sports, and proximity to cultural landmarks like the Spandau Citadel.

Certified to HQE and BEG 55 NH standards, the development features a central heating system powered by 65% biogas and incorporates on-site rainwater infiltration for sustainable water management.

With its unique location, thoughtful design, and eco-conscious approach, Eiswerder offers a high-quality living experience in one of Berlin’s most distinctive and desirable settings.
