Scenarios and recommendations for designing more inclusive workspaces
Can the work environment encourage the implementation of inclusive policies in companies?
To answer this question, Covivio initiated the study “From workplace to life place – Scenarios and recommendations for designing more inclusive workspaces” with the support of Total Tool, a design company, and Professor Giulio Ceppi of Milan Polytechnic University, an expert in the Design for all and Design for inclusion approaches.
We went to meet our customers and visit their offices in Milan. Thanks to their involvement, we were able to collect best practices and operational recommendations for the reader, who will find here practical tools and solutions for designing or modernising spaces, in a quest for inclusion and valuing diversity.
